Cost of college went up for all students at The University of Findlay

Tuition and fees rose 3.1 percent for 2018-19 at The University of Findlay, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Ohio students paid $34,360 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,040 more than the $33,320 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 593 students received grants or scholarships totaling $12.1 million and 462 students took out student loans totaling more than $4.3 million.

Including all undergraduates (4,870), 2,415 students used grants or scholarships totaling $48.1 million, and 1,804 students took out $18.7 million in federal student loans.
