City of Upper Sandusky recently issued the following announcement.
Wyandot County is applying for the Building Demolition & Site Revitalization Program through the Ohio Department of Development.
If you know of properties in your community that would be good candidates for demolition, we would like to hear from you by 4:00 PM Friday February 4, 2022. This grant has a
very short turnaround time. We must turn in our application with proposals before the end of February. To be eligible for the funding, the properties need to be privately owned, and
the landowner must be voluntarily willing to do so. We cannot mandate that a property be demolished. If you know of properties in your community with willing landowners, please
privately owned, and the landowner must be voluntarily willing to do so. Please contact Greg Moon, Zoning Inspector at 419-294-6404.
