2021 Income Tax Filing Deadline: 4/18/22

City of Findlay recently issued the following announcement.

WHAT:   2021 Income Tax Filing Deadline for Findlay, Arlington, Mount Cory, Vanlue, Carey and Mount Blanchard

WHEN:  Monday, April 18, 2022

WHERE:  318 Dorney Plaza, Room 115, Findlay, OH 45840. Returns may be mailed to PO Box 862, Findlay, OH 45839 or dropped off in the drop box in the parking lot south of 

the Municipal Building or the drop box located within the Municipal Building Vestibule.

WHO:  Resident individuals sixteen years old and older who have income subject to tax, or non-resident individuals whose taxable income was not fully withheld upon. Non-

resident individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, associations, corporations, trusts, and S 

corporations that own rental properties, conduct business, perform services, solicit sales, operate, or maintain an office in Findlay, Arlington, Mount Cory, Vanlue, Carey, or Mount 

Blanchard must file, even if no tax is due.

Tax return forms are available at the Tax Department, at the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library, and on the City’s website by visiting www.findlayohio.com/incometax. For 

assistance, taxpayers can call 419-424-7133 or visit the Tax Department in room 115 on the first floor of the Municipal Building. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 

to 5:00 p.m. Visitors who wish to have their Findlay, Arlington, Mount Cory, Vanlue, Carey or Mount Blanchard returns prepared by the Tax Department free of charge will need to 

furnish their W-2s, completed copies of their Federal 1040 and relevant Federal forms and schedules for the department to retain. Payments may be made via ACI Payments at 

www.acipayonline.com, or by check or money order via the Tax Department drop box or USPS mail. Cash payments may be made inside the Tax Department.
