City of Tiffin recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Tiffin Architectural Board of Review will meet at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in the Training Room (basement level) at Tiffin City Hall, 51 E. Market St.
During the meeting, the board is to review a storefront window replacement and Downtown Façade Enhancement application for Bair Bros Inc., 28 S. Washington St., requested by
Gary Ehrenfried; second story window replacement and Downtown Façade Enhancement application for Lange Gordon Rannigan & Claus LLC, 27 Court St., requested by Anne
DeVine; awnings and signage and a Downtown Façade Enhancement application for Jolly’s, 66 E. Market St., requested by Dave Spridgeon; and a wall sign at CASA, 21 Court
St., requested by Tracie Cress; and any other business that comes before the Board.
