Last Leaf Bag Collection on Wednesday, Dec. 7

The City of Tiffin’s regular leaf bag collection season for 2022 is now over, but City of Tiffin Public Works employees will offer residents one more opportunity for collection on Wednesday, Dec. 7.  This final day of pickup applies to the entire City, not by quadrant, so please have any remaining bags on the curb by 7 A.M. that morning.Public Works personnel will only pick up leaves contained in clear City-approved leaf bags, available at many area grocery and convenience stores.

The City of Tiffin asks residents to help our Public Works team members by avoiding excessively heavy bags and non-leaf material. Residents who wish to work on their own timeline may consider using a mower to mulch their leaves, or dropping off loose leaves at the Water Pollution Control Center, 961 N. Water St., seven days a week from 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

For any questions, please call the Public Works Department at (419) 448-5430.
