Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH5) has voiced his disapproval of the Biden Administration's decision to send $6 billion to Iran. In response, Latta has co-sponsored two Congressional resolutions to condemn this action and the recent Hamas terrorist attack on Israel.

Latta expressed his concern over the Biden Administration's efforts to appease Iran and the decision to ease sanctions, stating that these actions set a dangerous precedent. He emphasized the link between the Iranian regime and Hamas, stating, "Make no mistake, these terrorists are backed by the Iranian regime whose mission is to wipe Israel off the map."

Latta called for immediate action to freeze the $6 billion that is set to be sent to Iran, stating, "Without question, the $6 billion headed to Iran should be immediately frozen, and I strongly urge the administration to take this action now." He emphasized the importance of sending a clear message to the world that the United States condemns acts of terror and stands with Israel.

In response to the Hamas terrorist attack, Latta released statements condemning the attacks and expressing solidarity with Israel. He stated, "The United States must continue to send an unequivocal message to the rest of the world that we condemn these heinous acts of terror and will always stand with the nation and people of Israel."

Latta's efforts to disapprove of the $6 billion payout to Iran and condemn the Hamas attack on Israel demonstrate his commitment to the security and well-being of the United States and its allies.
