State Rep. Riordan Mcclain | The Ohio House of Representatives

State Representative Riordan McClain has been unanimously elected as Majority Whip of the Ohio House of Representatives. This leadership position involves overseeing legislation and working with fellow members to advance important measures on the House floor.

McClain expressed his gratitude, stating, “I’m honored by the support of my colleagues to be entrusted with this responsibility to join the leadership team in the Ohio House.” He added, “I’m eager to collaborate with my colleagues to deliver meaningful results for the people we serve.”

Currently serving his fourth full term, McClain was appointed in January 2018 during the 132nd General Assembly. He represents Ohio's 87th House District, which encompasses all of Crawford, Morrow, and Wyandot Counties and a part of Marion County.
