Congressman Bob Latta of Ohio's Fifth Congressional District has been recognized by Roll Call for achieving a perfect voting attendance record in the 118th Congress. Latta was one of only 13 Members of the U.S. House of Representatives to vote on all 516 roll call votes in 2024 and one of only 18 Members to participate in all 719 roll call votes in 2023.
In response to this recognition, Congressman Latta stated, "I believe it is my duty as the Representative for Ohio's Fifth Congressional District to do everything I can to show up and represent my constituents in the People's House through voting." He expressed pride in not missing a single vote during the two years of the current Congress.
Latta emphasized the importance of full voting participation from House Republicans as they focus on key issues such as lowering costs, securing the border, and managing fiscal responsibilities. "I pledge to my constituents that I will do everything I can to continue showing up, voting, and representing their best interests in Congress," he added.
