This week, Congressman Bob Latta (R-OH5) has joined a group of lawmakers in urging the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to withdraw the proposed Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards for passenger cars and light-duty trucks.
