Columbia Gas is performing construction projects throughout the City. The status of the projects is weather and contractor schedule permitting. Listed below are the projects and the restrictions that result from the ongoing projects. These restrictions are ongoing April 18, 2022, through April 22, 2022.
WASHINGTON AVENUE – Sixth Street to E. Yates Avenue - Washington Avenue from Sixth Street to E. Yates Avenue will be closed while Columbia Gas is installing a new main line and services.. Motorists are advised to avoid this area if possible.
LIMA STREET – Lima Street will be closed at Main Street. Columbia Gas is installing a new main line and services.
Columbia Gas will be performing road repairs between Lima Street and Baldwin Avenue on the following streets. Residents are asked to refrain from parking in the roadway on these streets so that traffic can be maintained.
Hurd Avenue
Baldwin Avenue
S. West Street
Locust Street
Liberty Street
Motorists are advised to avoid these areas if possible. Short delays are expected in these areas over the next week.
